Burn Ban Lifted March 31, 2025

Fayette County Judge Dan Mueller has lifted the burn ban effective March 31, 2025. The County does reserve the right to reinstate the ban if windy and dry conditions return.

You are asked to call the Sheriff’s Department's non-emergency phone number, 979/968-5856, to report any planned large-controlled burning.
